Holiday Gift Return Policy (Valid Until January 7, 2026)

In-store:

Holiday gift purchases made in November and December 2025 may be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 7, 2026.
Returns will begin on Sunday, December 28.

• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
• A gift receipt or original receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
• Promo tops, giftware, and seasonal items cannot be returned, exchanged, or issued store credit.
• Final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

December 26 & 27, 2025: No in-store returns will be processed.


Online:
Items purchased as gifts online and delivered between November 24 and December 25, 2025, may be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 7, 2026.

All other terms and conditions outlined in our Standard Return Policy still apply.
Purchases made after December 25, 2025, follow the Standard Return Policy without exception.


SHIPPING UPDATE – Canada Post Strike

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, Canada Post will resume operations on October 11 as CUPW moves from a national strike to rotating strikes. Orders will ship via Canada Post. Please allow a little extra time for delivery as service resumes.

DELIVERY

Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, shipping and delivery of orders may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience and are trying to ensure everyone gets their order as soon as possible. As always, we greatly appreciate your business.

In most cases, orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the day an order is placed, excluding holidays.

Parcels are picked up by Canada Post from our distribution center on Mondays and Wednesdays.

  • Ground orders arrive 3-10 business days from the shipped date

PICK-UP

We now offer Warehouse Pick-Up for customers who live in and around Mississauga, Ontario!

If you select the Warehouse Pick-Up option at checkout, one of our online sales associates will contact you once your order has been successfully processed. They will provide details on the pick-up location and schedule so you know exactly when and where to collect your order.


COURIER AND ADDRESS INFORMATION

Orders placed on www.redcoralfashion.com will be shipped via Canada Post. The address entered must be a valid Canadian address and cannot be changed once an order has been placed. P.O. boxes are accepted.


SHIPPING METHOD AND PRICING

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the value of your merchandise, excluding taxes and special offers.

Canada
Flat fee: $14.95 CAD (plus applicable taxes)

United States
1–3 items: $30 CAD

4+ items: $45 CAD

(Customs, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We ship via Canada Post.)

Any additional customs/duty charges are the responsibility of the customer. We use Canada Post as our primary shipping company.


ONLINE E-GIFTCARDS

E-Gift Cards (electronic) are available online and emailed to the receiver and can be used on our website at www.redcoralfashion.com. Unfortunately, e-Gift cards cannot be used at our boutiques.

If you'd like to purchase a physical gift card, please visit our boutiques in St. Jacobs or Stratford. Note that these gift cards can only be used at the stores and not online.

SHIPPING RATES: Across Canada, we charge a flat fee for every item you purchase. The rates are as follows:

1 - 2 items: $9.95
3 - 4 items: $12.95
5 - 6 items: $15.95
7 - 9 items: $19.95
10 items or more: $25.95

Across the United States, we charge a flat fee depending on how many items you are purchasing:

1-3 item - CAD $20
4 items or more - CAD $35
