Retail Returns Policy

Purchases made at Red Coral in St. Jacobs and Stratford:
Please note that we have changed our Return & Exchange policies as of July 1, 2017.

  • Purchases made can be returned for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of the purchase date. We do not provide refunds.

  • Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with the price ticket(s) still attached.

  • The original receipt must accompany all merchandise returned.

  • Returns after 15 days will not be accepted.

  • All items that are on clearance are final sale.

  • Due to the intimate nature of body wear, undergarments, special occasion wear & accessories, evening purses, earrings, and hats are final sale.

  • If an exchange is less than the amount of the return, we will issue a store credit for the balance.

  • All holiday giftware/ seasonal items are final sale. There will be no exchanges or store credit on these items.

We will not accept in-person returns or exchanges at our head office location. Red Coral reserves the right to refuse returns for damaged items. To ensure the hygiene of every item you buy, undergarments, earrings, hats, cannot be returned. Items purchased from our online website (www.redcoralfashion.com) cannot be returned at any retail store or nor any of our Authorized Dealers.
